IMAGINiT Technologies Australia organizes geospatial applications

IMAGINiT Technologies Australia is organising an industry briefing on the applications of geospatial technologies in mining, infrastructure and utilities. According to the company, the briefing will feature key note speaker Mark Obremski. The topic is said to be suited for the mining, defence, utilities, service and government sectors, and can improve efficiency and productivity.

Geospatial technology is used in mining for exploration and precision mapping. It is also used to track and manage equipment, resources, personnel and infrastructure systems in various other industries.

The briefing will take place at 9am on 12 November 2008, at Adelaide Showgrounds.
